-My Commitment to You-
Every person charged with a crime deserves to have the best defense possible. My goal is to provide the best defense for all of my clients by keeping the client prepared and informed. By ensuring that my clients understand the legal process in a criminal case I can more effectively represent their interests, understand their expectations, and focus on obtaining the best possible outcome for the client.
As an attorney it is my duty to advise you of all of the possible outcomes of your criminal matter, including whether it is in your best interests to go to trial or to accept a plea-bargain. I will also advise you of any alternitve forms of relief available, such as filing an appeal, a motion to modify the sentence, or possilby a petition for corum nobis. It is also my belief that keeping the client actively involved in their case helps me to achieve my goal of getting the best results while minimizing stress and anxiety to the client. That is why I listen to what my clients have to say and handle the case the way the client wants it handled.
As a criminal defense attorney who appears in court on a daily basis, I understand the worry and concern associated with facing criminal charges. A criminal conviction can be devastating to ones freedom, finances, employment, and reputation. It is crucial to have aggressive and competent legal representation to ensure that your legal matter is handled right the first time.
I have been practicing criminal defense since 2004. In that time I have defended hundreds of clients in the Baltimore-Metro area and recieve most of my new clients as referrals from past satisfied clients. Oftentimes lawyers earn a bad reputation because they fail to keep their clients informed or fail to understand their expectations. That is why I am committed not just to excellent legal representation in the courtroom, but to active communication outside of the courtroom.
That is my pledge to you.
